The saturation of emergency services and the difficulty of accessing care are the reasons for the existence of H24CARE. We redirect non-priority or relatively urgent patients to appointments in town. For this, our innovative medical teams have developed a software suite consisting of 3 solutions: H24Emergencies: an AI that allows patients to be sorted and redirected to the city safely and with a confirmed appointment. H24SAMU: an AI that assists in the regulation and care of patients contacting SAMU 15. H24Lib: a medical protocol intended for community medicine, allowing better care of patients sent by emergencies or Samu. We offer a new approach to the management of unscheduled care through our H24URGENCES solution, deployed in emergency departments by redirecting non-priority patients to community medicine. Access to health in the context of unscheduled care must be easier, more fluid, and adapted. Removing emergency congestion is our mission, offering alternatives is our solution! The observation of medical desertification and an aging population with multiple chronic illnesses and various pathologies can present a pessimistic observation: yet solutions exist.
