H3B Media is a client-focused multimedia, production and events company specialising in promoting technology, but also looking at the wider picture of policy – strategy – finance – innovation – implementation – integration and interoperability within highways/transport. H3B Media currently produce four International magazines: Thinking Highways Europe/RoW, Thinking Highways North America, Thinking Cities, Tolling Review and THx with over 70 International specialist writers,(creating the strongest editorial board on any transportation industry magazine anywhere in the world!) as well as online versions and an interactive multi level website. H3B Media also run unique international Think Tanks focusing on Road Pricing, Congestion Management, GNSS Technology in the Road Transport Sector, Cooperative Vehicle Infrastructure Systems and Climate Change: Transport's Impacts and Solutions, VII In 2007 H3B Media was responsible for producing the "Smartest Cars Video Project", a European Commission Information Society Directorate (within the 7th Framework Programme) to raise awareness of advanced driver assistance systems via a TV documentary which has been broadcast in many European countries under the name of Thinking Cars.
