Attorney Hans Peter Haahr founded the law firm now known as Haahr Law Group in 2007 to serve the communities of Tampa Bay and the state of Florida. We represent the everyday people and help fight against large insurance companies when they wrongfully deny coverage or underpay losses. Members of Haahr Law Group have extensive experience in a variety of insurance defense areas, including property, automobile, truck and motorcycle accidents, premises and products liability cases, among others. Our diverse litigation experience includes both state and federal courts in Florida. We are able to try cases in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims in Washington D.C, as well as courts in Tennessee and New York.
