I've spent the last 25 years in the scaffolding industry, working as an advanced scaffolder. I started a successful scaffolding business 12 years ago and employed 6 people whilst still scaffolding myself. Last year I decided to take a different direction and bought an AK46 Bocker Mobile Crane, I'm now a qualified mobile crane driver, slinger signaller, advanced scaffolder and hold an IPAF ticket to work the pIatform side of the crane. I am the sole operator of the crane so will personally manage and operate all jobs. The crane comes as a standard mobile crane with a reach of over 40m and can convert into a high reach manned working platform reaching heights of 36m. I specialise in lifting roof trusses, timber frames, steels and hot tubs. I've combined my scaffolding skills and knowledge with the crane and erected and dismantled temporary roofs systems.
