Situated in the foothills of the blue ridge mountains just north of Charlottesville, VA, we’re a company that loves to solve big problems. We got our start years ago in California and have been providing consulting services in a variety of areas ever since. Habilis is currently developing handheld and drone based scene reconstruction technology including VSLAM, Photogrammetry, and NeRF based systems. And from scenes, models, maps, and sensor based data captured, Habilis is also developing AI/ML technology for analysis. The technology is being used in Emergency Response / Disaster Relief operations, digital twin environment for efficient and effective operations, and in area survey and analysis operations. Recent accomplishments include: 10-centimeter accuracy without GPS for drones. Full real-time 3D model reconstruction including radiance field accurately modeling reflective and translucent objects. Full autonomy with no drone communication allowing for wide spectrum EMI shielding (no jamming possible) with reconnaissance and point to point missions.
