Habit Design® accelerates the automation of unconscious habits - in just 10 days - that last at least a year. As the first habit coaching company awarded a prestigious SBIR Fast Track research grant ($2M) from the National Institutes of Health, our team of habit psychologists made a clinical breakthrough in the prevention and treatment of chronic disease by accelerating the automaticity of new, healthy habits (e.g, exercise, nutrition, medication adherence, et al.): 11-times faster than the prior clinical standard. Delivered as a daily SMS-based coaching service administered by real habit psychologists, our clinical trial resolved 33% more cases of cardiometabolic syndrome (affecting 90% of adults) than traditional health coaching, saving $3,420 per patient per year. As a result, we received the "Innovation of the Year" award from the American College of Cardiologists. Over people have created over 1 million new healthy habits thus far with Habit Design.
