Hacer House is also a network of coliving homes, multi-family developments, and vacation rentals (for short-term business offsites and retreats) that focuses on servicing the new workforce. An entrepreneurial creative (A.C.E.= artist, creator and/or entrepreneur) becomes a subscribing member when they are actively reside at a Hacer House (on pause when they are not on network). Medium-term housing solutions for founders, creatives, freelancers and side-hustlers going all in. The first housing available will cater to the entrepreneurial spirit of the classic Silicon Valley garage and communal hacker house and be located in Las Vegas.
