The internet is a powerful tool in the hands of journalists. Web technology and the possibilities of online storytelling are more important than ever before to be embraced by news media. We reinvent journalism with storytellers, developers and designers. Together we build new story concepts, products and tools during hackathons across the world. We launched Hackastory.Tools to offer a list with resources to make digital stories on your own. Now we're developing the Hackastory Academy with workshops, courses (online and offline), and training and new products to help you get started. Because we believe it is crucial for journalists to stay influential in this digital era.
