Hackconcordia

HackConcordia is Concordia University’s hacker collective; a community where students build, learn, and connect through technology and hackathons. We organize ConUHacks, Québec’s largest 24-hour hackathon, uniting students from across North America to create innovative software projects. The event is open-themed, giving participants full freedom to work on anything they’re passionate about. We often partner up with sponsors for special challenges as well. Last year, we welcomed 830+ students from 40+ schools, with 180+ projects submitted and 20+ sponsors supporting the event. ConUHacks has been proudly backed by industry leaders including DRW, SAP, National Bank, Desjardins, and Ubisoft. As we head into the 10th edition of ConUHacks, we’re celebrating nearly a decade of collaboration, innovation, and community — continuing to grow the hacker spirit at Concordia and beyond- HackConcordia est le collectif de hackers de l’Université Concordia; une communauté où les étudiants construisent, apprennent et se connectent à travers la technologie et les hackathons. Nous organisons ConUHacks, le plus grand hackathon de 24 heures au Québec, qui réunit des étudiants de partout en Amérique du Nord pour créer des projets logiciels innovants. L’événement est à thème libre, offrant aux participants une totale liberté pour travailler sur ce qui les passionne. Nous collaborons également avec des commanditaires qui proposent des défis spéciaux. L’année dernière, nous avons accueilli plus de 830 étudiants provenant de plus de 40 écoles, avec 180 projets soumis et plus de 20 commanditaires ayant soutenu l’événement. ConUHacks est fièrement appuyé par des chefs de file de l’industrie tels que DRW, SAP, Banque Nationale, Desjardins et Ubisoft. Alors que nous entamons la 10e édition de ConUHacks, nous célébrons près d’une décennie de collaboration, d’innovation et de communauté — en continuant de faire grandir l’esprit hacker à Concordia et au-delà!
