Hackingbullipedia

Bullipedia is the first professional haute cuisine encyclopedia, lead by Ferran Adrià with the support of Telefonica I+D. It is a large and ambitious project of four years that will end by 2016 where world experts, chefs and scientists of haute cuisine and gastronomy will document, classify, and redefine the foundations of cuisine. Bullipedia teams are right now working in the core classification of recipes, ingredients, and cuisines. Digital food experts have identified a list of technological obstacles preventing the development of compelling applications in the field of digital food and, as a result, we have launched the HackingBullipedia global call. The call has been designed and coordinated by the team of digital food technologists at Telefonica I+D - who have contributed to the digital strategy of ElBulliFoundation resulting in GastrotechDays and Bullipedia.
