Haddon Homes is a Hamilton-based construction firm specialising in small-scale, value-focused residential development. We work with investor-minded homeowners, small-scale developers and real estate professionals to unlock the full potential of residential properties. Our projects are shaped by thoughtful planning, compliant construction and a strong understanding of the local landscape. We focus on what is often called the missing middle of housing. This includes legal secondary suites, accessory dwelling units, duplex and triplex conversions, and new construction of 2-8 unit multiplexes and walk-up condos. These projects are typically too complex for traditional contractors and not large enough for major developers. We do not build lifestyle homes.
