Investment in the educational process to establish private schools (Arabic / English) and Capacity Development Centers, and a Center for encouraging the scientific researches. Developing the information technology (IT) infrastructure, and facilitating the access to data and information in order to create a knowledgeable society. Taking care of developing the scientific researches, the education at all levels and types in Hadhramout Governorate and taking care of outstanding students and graduates of universities and institutions to get best career opportunities
