Hadleys, Greece, was established by Fotis Kokosioulis, a passionate real estate professional, who comes from various international real estate, sales and marketing backgrounds. Hadleys: Specialises in providing brokerage services for the acquisition process of land and/or properties, suitable for development and/or redevelopment all over Athens, and specific touristic destinations in Greece. Works on two areas of real estate: LAND and “IMPERFECT” PROPERTIES. We focus on finding land allover Athens and the province, suitable for development purposes from investors. With the term “imperfect” properties, we mean either incomplete properties, in other words construction skeletons, frameworks, or properties with a construction year from 1990 and backwards that have not been renovated. Hadleys focuses in finding such properties, that can have residential or mixed uses, and possess high plot ratios. The goal is for investors to buy them and redevelop them, thus diminishing their acquisition and construction costs by a substantial ratio, and achieving much bigger ROIs.
