In more than 14 years of independent work around the world, our founder Karla Andrić experienced firsthand how often communications and marketing become unsustainable: ethically, personally, and systemically. Those lessons shaped a different way to work and live. At Haiku, this mindset is built into everything we do: honesty, transparency, a no-ego approach, and steady, thoughtful growth. We help and advise brands to communicate with integrity, always thinking long-term about how each decision will shape their reputation and relationships. We choose to work in ways that respect everyone involved in a project. We don’t support environments that dismiss our team or push people toward burnout.
