HAKA FILMS is one of the most dynamically developing and innovative film production houses in Poland. HAKA FILMS focuses on the sustainable production of captivating feature films and series based on sophisticated high- level scripts and deep, moving documentarie swith flesh- and-blood characters. The first documentary produced by HAKA FILMS called BOYLESQUE by Bogna Kowalczyk premiered at the Mainc Competition at Hot Docs in Toronto, where it won the Emerging International Filmmaker Award. The second documentary produced by HAKA is a Ukrainian-French-Polish co-production, WE WILL NOT FADE AWAY by Alisa Kovalenko, which had itspremiere at the 73rd edition of the Berlinale. As a lead producer, the company is now producing the tv series: DETECTIVE FORST by Daniel Jaroszek, and several documentaries inlcuding: LILI by Sylwia Rosak, SHADOWING by Katarzyna Wiśniowska Best International Pitch and a Docs Barcelona Award at FIPADOC 2022),INSURANCE AGAINST METEORITES by Natalia Śliwowska and Jorik Galama and finally newest documentary by Alisa Kovalenko, FRONTLINE, already supported by Chicken & Egg, which is aPolish – Danish – Ukrainian co-production. As a production service, the company participated in such projects as the 95th Academy Awards Nominee EO, directed by Jerzy Skolimowski, OPERATION HYACINTH, directed by Piotr Domalewski, DANGEROUS GENTLEMEN, directed by Maciej Kawalski, and coproduced ADVENTURES OF A MATHEMATICIAN, directed by Thor Klein, TRIPLE TROUBLE by Marta Karwowska, and DELEGATION by Asaf Saban with its premiere on 73rd edition of the Berlinale.
