HDA Solutions brings a broad range of experience and expertise to management consulting. Founder and President of HDA Solutions, Hal Daum, has worked extensively in personnel management, facilities management and construction, financial management and oversight, event planning, leadership training and coaching, conflict resolution, and security planning and supervision. Hal has served as the Executive Director/Chief Operating Officer of various synagogues in the United States. He has been an Administrator, Special Project Manager and Training Director for a large law enforcement agency. In the private sector he has been a real estate broker arranging sales and finance, and a manager and owner of real estate offices. Hal is an experienced negotiator. He has been on the board of directors of non-profit organizations including synagogues and a private school, and has served in virtually all volunteer capacities including president. Hal’s goal in negotiation and mediation is to have a result in which all parties say, “I can live with that”. His technique is to work with groups, and the individuals involved, to use their strengths to find a solution that works.
