Hal Dorfman Architects is a New York architecture firm that has served New York City property owners since 1987. Our goal is to apply our experience toward bringing innovation to architectural programming, architectural renovation, building code, zoning studies, design, and construction documentation. Past projects include residential renovation, commercial renovation, combining apartments, new construction, alterations and enlargements to residential single and multi-family buildings, commercial interiors, landmark design, and kitchen and bath remodeling. We are located in the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Our client list includes commercial tenants and owners, apartment and condo owners, developers, corporations, not-for-profit institutions, and real estate managers. We are NYC architectural design and property specialists. We prepare documents and applications for filing with the NYC Department of Buildings, Landmark Commission, City Planning Commission and the Board of Standards and Appeals.
