Hal Smith Restaurants operates a small portfolio of over 80 casual to upscale restaurants. HSR operates 15 concepts under such names as: Redrock Canyon Grill, Mahogany Prime Steakhouse, Charleston's Restaurant, Upper Crust Wood Fired Pizza, Hefner Grill, Mama Roja Mexican Kitchen, Louie’s Grill & Bar, El Huevo Mexi-Diner, The Garage Burgers & Beer, Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar & Grill, Pub W, Neighborhood JA.M, The Brown Bag, Jimmy B's and The Winston Plates & Spirits. Since 1986, Hal Smith has created restaurants that heighten the senses through inspired architectural settings, excellent service, and cuisines that heighten the taste palates. We are based in Norman, Oklahoma but our foundation is embedded in the roots of the cities and neighborhoods across the Midwest.
