Haldane UK has launched a revolutionary approach to continuous timber handrails which is delivering significant savings in machining time and therefore costs to clients. Haldane is now the only company in the UK to offer a fully integrated approach to handrails from survey through to manufacture and supply– all using their inhouse team. The revolutionary 6 axis CNC technology uses 3D Automatic Machining Technology to improve the levels of precision and accuracy achieved with the previous 5 axis approach. However, the addition of the automated 6th axis enables US to reduce the machining times and therefore the costs to our customers. We have also upgraded all parts of our survey, design and programming processes to dramatically speed up the process from order to delivery. Haldane is now able to carry out full surveys with their inhouse Project Coordinators and a significant investment in state of the art 3D Scanning equipment.
