Hall HR Consult specialises in: Assessments. In partnership with our customers, we take care of a made- to-measure assessment programme in order to answer specific questions concerning the aptitudes and abilities of a candidate. In a detailed written report, we give realistic and honest feedback on strengths and weaknesses. In addition we recommend various ways of developing or improving on the relevant competences. Hall HR Consult works according to the professionel recommendations and codes of practice issued by the Nederlands Instituut voor Psychologen. Coaching: Hall HR Consult adjusts the coaching to the need of the client. We ensure a detailed intake to formulate the question. Timespan and required results are stated at the start of the programme. Hall HR Consult is result oriented and practical in their approach. We give honest feedback, always respecting the integrity of the client. Hall HR Consult offers ZKM coaching. This type of coaching uses the personal life story of the client to provide an insight in the motivation of behaviour. The ZKM coach accompanies the client on a journey of discovery, towards a better understanding of the recurring interactions with the outside world.
