Hallbrook is an authorised and regulated claims management company. We are an industry sector leader that focuses on helping clients who have lost money as a result of negligent or fraudulent investment advice. Hallbrook was launched in 2008 as an investment research and information company. The company founder's goal was to help investors of an older generation, and less internet savvy, who had made investments over the phone following a cold call. These calls usually originate from either fraudulent or regulated firms selling high risk investments, which they applied high pressure sales tactics to generate lucrative commissions at the expense of UK consumers. Our service helped clients understand what aspects of their investment portfolio was fraudulent or miss-sold. We also launched a Broker Check service for our clients to help prevent them from falling victim to fraud in the future, which is still available today. In 2012 Hallbrook became authorised and regulated by the MoJ and subsequently the FCA in 2019. Becoming regulated meant that we could provide full representation and deliver an end to end service to ensure that clients received financial redress where they had a case. Over the past 13 years we have helped thousands of clients seek more than £60m in financial redress. We continue to take on and tackle the more complex cases that other firms in the industry don't have the knowledge or expertise to help clients without resorting to an expensive legal process. Our team includes financial services professionals, fraud experts and specialist industry barristers and we run claims through the regulatory redress channels where there is no cost for individuals to pursue claims. Hallbrook is also not frightened to pursue a judicial review where we believe their has been an significant injustice.
