The greatest satisfaction in my work is helping my clients get disability benefits that they so obviously deserve. Through illness, injury or accident, something now keeps them from working at an age below retirement, and since 1988 I have been zealously representing cases before the Social Security Administration and Federal Court (District Courts in Nebraska and Iowa and the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals). I have received an AV® rating by Martindale-Hubbell® Law Directory. An AV® certification mark is a significant rating accomplishment – a testament to the fact that a lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence. A lawyer must be admitted to the bar for 10 years or more to receive an AV® rating. I was admitted to the Nebraska State Bar Association to practice law in the State of Nebraska in 1984.
