HALUAN SAGA SDN BHD (HSSB) was established in February 2007 in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, specialising in providing quality cleaning services to clients who require high standards of services. A pioneering team was sent to Kuala Lumpur for intensive training in one of the largest retail chains in the region. Equipped with machineries from one of Europe’s most trustworthy brands, Nilfisk, our team started our maiden project by providing cleaning services to Giant Hypermarket, Kolombong, in time for the official opening by the incumbent Minister of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs together with The Chairman of Dairyfarm Group from the UK. The opening was smoothly done despite the huge crowd of shoppers, and our client was satisfied with our professional services. Since then, we have expanded our service areas to Brunei, Sandakan, Kuching, Tawau, Semporna and Miri. Contracts from big shopping malls, retail shops, supermarkets, department stores, hotels, offices, banks and others started coming in, without much advertising efforts, but the consistency and persistency in our services worked. Testimonial sells. Our cleaner-strength has grown from the initial 25 to more than 300 today. Supervisory & management team has been strengthened up as well. Being the one of the leading cleaning service providers, we were the first one to deploy Nilfisk Auto Ride-on Scrubber when servicing the largest hypermall in the Island of Borneo, 1Borneo. This has undoubtedly upgraded the cleaning standards in East Malaysia as a whole. It does not end here as we continue sending our personnel for training and upgrading courses while investing in more advance machineries and tools. Today, our strong team members and supportive clients had made us one of the largest and most comprehensive cleaning companies in the region.
