Hamilton Form Company designs and builds custom steel forms for precast and precast/prestressed concrete production. Specializing in long-line, self-stressing forms, we build forms for concrete bridge products, stadium components, building and parking structure components. We also build custom machinery to help mechanize processes for precast concrete production. We have been servicing the precast concrete industry since 1967, delivering high-quality, practical, custom solutions. It's all we do.
