We consult with our clients throughout their building and remodeling projects by helping them make decisions that will keep the project focused on the desired design goals while being respectful of their budget. We provide materials to the jobsite as needed by the contractor and install most products that we provide (cabinets, countertops, appliances, window treatments, furnishings and home decor). For products that we do not install, we meet with the proper sub-contractors, provide drawings, and do job-site walk-throughs to be sure that we are all on the same page and expectations are clearly established. We also make ourselves available to our clients for any and all meetings with contractors, sub-contractors and/or vendors to assure that all parties fully understand, and the client's end goals are being thought of for every decision made. Working so close to the project is a huge benefit to the contractor. Our services take so much of the building process off of his/her plate because we are able to "hold the hands" of the client and communicate decisions to the contractor once decisions have been finalized. As long as we are hired in the planning stage, we are able to have all exterior decisions finalized before breaking ground with plans sent to the contractors desired vendors for takeoffs to be sent to the builder for review and ordering. All interior selections are made, ordered, delivered, labeled, and placed in the appropriate areas when needed. Working with Hamilton Rae will be the easiest custom home building project a homeowner and contractor will ever have. At Hamilton Rae, we also work with clients to create remodel layouts, decorate a single room, space plan one space or many using existing items or new, draw kitchen designs for use to build cabinetry purchased elsewhere, and so much more.
