HammTek™ (a combination of two Finnish words: hammaslääkärin + tekoäly) is a dynamic and innovative company focused on revolutionizing oral health monitoring. As a research-based start-up, we combine dental technology and artificial intelligence to develop cutting-edge solutions for individuals and healthcare providers. At HammTek™, we are driven by a passion for transforming oral health management through advanced technology and user-friendly solutions- Dental caries is the world's most prevalent chronic non-communicable disease (NCD). The cavities resulting from untreated caries are among the most common unmet healthcare needs globally, afflicting over 2.8 billion people during their lifetimes. HammTek™ is a home-use, AI-based device for monitoring oral health. Our device uses two cameras and the Optic Trans Illumination method to collect and assess images of teeth. The device can then diagnose the patient and refer them via our consultation service to a local dentist for additional care. HammTek™'s solution provides a convenient, cost-effective, and efficient way for individuals and care facility personnel to monitor oral health, promote early detection, encourage proactive dental care, and improve overall well-being.
