Han Ching Capital 漢卿資本
Han Ching Capital, a family office established in Singapore in 2022, has a long-standing focus on investments in the food and beverage (F&B) and hospitality industries. Since the 1980s, the Han Ching Family has played a key role in investing, acquiring, managing, and operating various F&B brands, including notable companies such as Yum! Brands and Little Sheep Group in China. After the listing of Yum China on the NYSE in 2016, the Family exited its position in Yum China and subsequently restructured into the present-day Han Ching Capital. In recent years, Han Ching Capital has expanded its portfolio to include notable F&B brands such as LavAzza, Blue Bottle, and Caffè Nero, among others. Through our trust structures, we also hold full or partial ownership in prestigious hotels like Park Hyatt Shanghai, Andaz Toranomon Hills Tokyo, Park Hyatt Kyoto, Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono in Hokkaido, and Alila Seminyak in Bali. Looking ahead, Han Ching Capital remains committed to the F&B and hospitality industries, with plans to invest up to SGD 1.2 billion in these sectors over the next five years.
