Hanbury Distillery

Our little distillery is tucked away among the houses on the corner of Linton Street and Mary Street. It is here that our gin is handcrafted in small batches using traditional methods in our beautiful 140-litre copper still, which stands proud for all to see in The Hanbury, Islington. Hanbury is a premium London Gin inspired by London’s rich gin history and the heritage and character of Islington. Habury Gin was born with one hope: to develop a new London Gin with greater flavour, character, and quality. As a result, Islington’s newest distillery opened in 2021. We take great pride in the quality of our gins. Every batch of our gin is tasted by an expert panel to ensure that there are no compromises or shortcuts. Our gin is slowly distilled by hand, by real people with real passion for gin.
