The Hanchen Group was founded in Amsterdam, the Netherlands in 1998, as an enterprise engaged in tobacco and related industries. Hanchen today mainly focuses on the growing, processing and marketing of tobacco, organic rice and certain other crops, as well as trading in leaf tobacco, cigarettes, and tobacco packing materials. Currently, the Hanchen Group has the following subsidiary companies:+ Hanchen Tobacco (Europe) B.V located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands;+ Hanchen Tobacco International Limited located in Taiwan;+ Hanchen Agriculture (Holding) Limited located in Hong Kong;+ Hanchen Agriculture (Cambodia) Limited located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia;+ Hanchen International Trading Limited located in Macau;+ Hanchen Agriculture (Guangzhou) Limited located in Guangzhou, China;+ China Representative Office of Hanchen Tobacco (Europe) B.V. located in Guangzhou, China. Hanchen Group is the owner of two cigarette brands: “Hakka” and “Penang”, which are mainly sold in Taiwan and Southeast Asia.
