As professionals in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility, we believe that a self-sustaining ecosystem is the future. Over a period of time, extensive research indicated that India’s ‘Development Sector’, is in dire need of cutting-edge solutions. This realization ignited a sense of passion amongst a group of CSR professionals, leading to the birth of “Hands on CSR”. With Section 135 of Companies Act 2013 mandating CSR for select institutions that fall under a specified financial gambit, the scope of social growth through corporate contributions has risen. This has given us the platform to interact with a host of corporate organizations, NGOs/NPOs, government bodies and individuals who are key stakeholders in changing the face of our country. Through our in-depth market analysis, we identified a need-gap which was to be addressed. Corporate entities were relatively new to the “Developmental” sector, and hence there was a stark difference between the societal requirement and a corporate’s capacity to fulfill the pre-requisites. Interacting with experts further reiterated the need for an entity which acts as an interface for corporate and NGO/NPO interaction. This vacuum was ours to address. We have come together to exclusively connect with corporates, NGOs/NPOs, philanthropists and other like-minded individuals, to provide tailored CSR solutions that makes the world a better place.
