Hands on Life organise discreet, luxury retreats and workshops with special teachers, hidden away in the heart of the Devonshire countryside. Our mission is to help inspire awareness on all levels of physical and mental health. Helping people achieve a higher level of energy, balance and calm. Throughout the year Hands on Life @ The Old Rectory will be offering a wide range of Healthy lifestyle Retreats and special workshops run by experienced and inspiring teachers. Our program includes Yoga & Ayurvedic retreats with renowned teacher Anya Hawkes, and Esalan® Massage workshops by Ellen Watson ( founder of Moving Ventures ) This year we will be running Art Therapy workshops hosted by Royal Academy Sculptress Emma Rodgers and Detox programs by the Times and Guardian acclaimed Jiva healing.
