Founded in 2008, Hands to Help is a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organization currently serving the St. Louis - Metro East area. Our mission is to "save the world, one massage at a time" by offering free massage therapy to terminal, elderly and disabled patients. Our services also apply to full time caregivers of these patients, disabled military veterans and active cancer patients (with or without terminal diagnosis).
