Hanham Health is an innovative and inclusive GP Partnership based in South Gloucestershire, providing NHS primary healthcare services to circa patients across four community surgeries at Hanham, Oldland Common, Almondsbury and Pilning. It is also contracted to provide primary healthcare services for military personnel.
