Founded in 1994, and based in San Francisco, CA and Portland, OR, Hanover Partners is a private equity firm dedicated to investing in, acquiring, and partnering with the management teams of small-to-medium sized product and equipment "centric" companies across the U.S.A. With a 30-year history, we focus on acquiring majority positions in niche, proprietary and engineered product, industrial equipment, and technology enabled developers and manufacturers. We are also active acquirers of select niche consumer product companies and select software companies. Presently, we have 6 portfolio companies located across the United States and we are actively evaluating and seeking new acquisition opportunities. INVESTMENT CRITERIA - Enterprise value of $10 million -$60 million - EBIT of $1.5 million -$8 million - High gross margins (at least 30%), indicating strong market position and differentiated products
