Oliver’s wide-ranging career means he is able to support leaders in a number of industries and disciplines because he has faced similar challenges and opportunities himself. Oliver is engaged because he uses his experience to understand a coachee’s context and he uses his coaching skills to help them deliver tangible results. At the heart of his approach is his desire to do the right thing the right way for his clients. This honest, coachee centric perspective, grounded by building a strong rapport, is enabled by a flexible, positive, outcome driven attitude. Using his combination of business experience insight and coaching skills, Oliver has supported clients make career transitions, accelerate their career progression, deal with “leadership loneliness”, improve their impact and effectiveness, and realise their true potential. Oliver’s work falls into two broad areas; Navigating the Modern Workplace and Career Transitions. His primary focus is in four sectors: professional services; media; technology; and working with entrepreneurs.
