Hansen Realty Services is a full-service real estate investment and commercial landlord company, focusing on commercial-industrial properties on the North Side of Chicago for over 20 years. We focus primarily on re-developing and the re-conception of buildings in the market. We gain vast, intimate knowledge of all our buildings, tenants, and clients, through controlling our projects in all aspects. We manage each property from acquisition to renovation and from leasing to management. Founded by John Hansen, Hansen Realty Services owns and manages over square feet of space around the North Side of Chicago.
