Owned by Robert Hanson, the son of the late legendary business entrepreneur Lord Hanson, the Business can trace its roots back to 1848 with the transportation of wool from Huddersfield to the cottage weavers in the Pennines. Still headquartered in Huddersfield, Hanson Logistics has extensive warehousing and transportation operations throughout the North of England, including a top tier COMAH warehouse for handling and storing hazardous goods together with a repacking, blending and sampling facility. In addition our freight forwarding activity provides a comprehensive import/export service to all corners of the globe.
