It offers an extensive variety of baby carriers, being authorized retailers of major brands like Tula, Lennylamb, Ergobaby, Manduca and Boba, among others. Its diaper cakes have increasingly gained popularity, especially with its creative colors & designs and customized embroidery services. It was rated Best Diaper Cakes in Singapore by Asianparents.com. Its award-winning (by Parent's World 2017) beansprout husk pillows made from designer fabric from the USA have proven to be a hit as well. In March 2017, Happie Diapers also became an authorized Ju-Ju-Be retailer in Singapore.
