For the past decade, Elizabeth has been designing and facilitating programs which are practice-based and integrate science, contemplative traditions, and ancient wisdom. She teaches compassion meditation, happiness, burnout reduction, resilience, and meaning of life classes in person and virtually with a science-based, research-backed approach. Elizabeth designed and delivered over 30 different programs for happiness, energy, connection, self-compassion, freedom from the inner critic, and resilience for Fortune 500 companies.
