We are a European research and consulting network for the "New Way of Work". Automation and digitization force companies to change their business models at an increasing rate. Most employees however, loose their sense of meaning and purpose in the process and become disengaged, according to a recent Gallup study. Happiness is the natural result, when employees are engaged and fulfilled. Engagement and fulfillment are most important KPI's when predicting organizational performance. We help organizations to identify these usually invisible values and to change them. We consult organizations to improve their "employee experience" by removing obstacles to learning and growth. This way, work doesn't feel like work, but like a test lab that creates meaningful learning experiences for creativity and innovation. We randomly publish our own, as well as third party findings with the larger community interested in the topics of change and transformation in high performance teams.
