Happy Bodies Ltd

Created in 2013, Happy Bodies is the brain child of Laura Bowley. Laura’s vision was a space where all members of the community could come to work out regardless of age, sex, fitness levels or personal goals. Laura and the team run an independent fitness centre in Old Stratford incorporating a fully equipped gym with a variety of CV kit, fixed resistance machines and a selection of free weights. Happy Bodies also has studio for classes, a private personal training room and a sports therapy room for treatments. 3 years on, the result is a welcoming, friendly environment where everyone feels comfortable to come and have a go whether a beginner to exercise or regular gym user. Each member has access to as much support as required to enable them to reach their personal goals…but most of all enjoy the experience of being active in a place where you’re not just another member.
