Happy Dragon is one of New York City’s most trusted providers of comprehensive child development services. With over 30 years of experience in childcare and 20 years of dedicated service in Early Intervention and CPSE (Committee on Preschool Special Education), we are committed to supporting children and families through every stage of early growth. Our licensed childcare programs offer safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environments for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. We also provide a full range of Early Intervention services for children ages birth to three, helping address developmental delays through individualized therapies and family-centered support. For children ages three to five, our CPSE services include specialized instruction and related services designed to help every child succeed during their preschool years.
