Happy Strategy is a creative culture agency that believes the foundation for great work lies in great work culture. Through a highly tailored approach, we help assess core issues, implement better processes and boost employee happiness. Happy Strategy was started by Julia Fiorello, a design and branding consultant who’s seen more than her fair share of frustration in the workplace. She began her career as a designer and creative manager, working for creative agencies, non-profits and multi-level organizations. Eager to find a more seamless way to work, she earned her M.S. in Strategic Design and Management from Parsons the New School for Design. Today, Julia uses her design experience, strategic background and open-minded spirit to cultivate healthier, happier cultures for creative & marketing teams.
