DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES WE SERVE- Supervise the planning and production coordinators and ensure the plan should meet the customer’s needs- Ensure all the requirements should meet the budget- Research and find the opportunities in the areas for the cost savings- Plan, design and implement the target events every year- Manage and follow the budgets for every event- Deliver events on time and within budget- Interact with the clients to know about their requirements- Maintain and develop client relationships- Manage supplier relationships- Ensure to provide excellent customer service.
