Julie has work as a CIPD qualified Training Consultant for 20 years, with HBOS, Standard Life Investments, Bank of New York Mellon and Pitman Training. She specialises in skills development, induction programmes, sales training, team building, assertiveness, appraisal skills, recognition & appreciation, leadership and management coaching. She is also an NLP Practitioner and Hypnotherapist and has a Masters degree in psychology, so has a particular interest in human behaviour. Specialties: Communication, assertiveness, confidence, influencing, appraisal, first line and intermediate management, leadership, empowerment, recognition, stress management, emotional well being, effective feedback, individual and team performance, time management, change management, coaching skills, handing conflict and stress.
