HarBest Market is a Madrid-based startup born to eliminate all intermediary players from the traditional and obsolete supply chain for the restaurant market. We are a B2B marketplace that connects restaurants with national food producers to purchase ingredients directly without going through intermediaries, creating a new supply chain: more sustainable, transparent and efficient. Our one-stop-shop allows restaurants to save on procurement costs and time, get fresher products and know traceability. On the supply side, we allow producers to set up their own prices so they can maximize their revenue and get liquidity as they receive the payment at the same day than they deliver.
