Harbinger Technologies Group provides expert training, consulting, foreign language services, and Intelligence Driven Solutions for those involved in homeland security and international counterterrorism. Since our founding in 2004 by veterans, we have assisted our counterterrorism unit, special operations forces, and intelligence organization clients and our partners in rapidly assessing, developing, acquiring, and implementing the capabilities and systems required to improve security across the threat spectrum. We can also provide tactical training and support, as well as foreign language and regional area expertise to operational units when and where needed. Our training has been provided to over across all branches of the U.S. Department of Defense, other federal agencies, and state and local law enforcement agencies.
