Harbor Architects LLC is a small woman-owned architectural firm which has consistently and successfully demonstrated that it can deliver a wide variety of high quality projects. By virtue of the fact that this firm is a small firm, we have the ability to respond quickly and efficiently to each client’s unique needs. Our size coupled with our location necessitates that we take on a greatly varied mix of projects. Thus our experience spans residential remodels to new office buildings, from programming existing spaces to assisting in grant proposals. Each team member can become involved with a wide range of project aspects, and these overlapping, complementary experiences enhance our ability to handle projects with the skillful care each client deserves. Harbor Architects LLC can provide full planning services, covering master planning, feasibility studies and programming, as well as full architectural services including schematic design and design development, construction document preparation, bidding and negotiating services and construction administration.
