hardScrum supports organizations and companies that develop physical products to adopt lean agile methods in product management and systems engineering. Since 2014, we are using our own P4 framework, which in addition to the values and ideas of Lean & Agile, uses the roles, artifacts and events of the Scrum framework and complements them with proven Kanban principles and methods of "agile scaling". Through customization in the P4 framework, agility can now be used not only for software development, but also for organizations that have previously been deployed e.g. Use gate processes.
