We have a strong reputation in the Japanese, Asian and Global Emerging markets, but have also built a good European franchise. We have established a reputation for the structuring and delivery of successful recruitment solutions. We offer the flexibility, rapid response, and specialist knowledge of a niche player, which is rarely matched by the major search firms, whilst our fees are mostly lower too.Hardy Financial is also a member of e-Search International, which is a global alliance of nine search firms. We are happy to do contingent work, as well as retained search.
